Your entry into the Anchovi ecosystem. Stage 1 does two things simultaneously: it gives you the market intelligence and events access to understand the sector you are operating in, and it sets your queue position in the Backing Queue for your category. Queue position is determined by your Stage 1 start date.

Stage 2 is a structured readiness diagnostic that surfaces your gaps before Stage 3 assesses them. It tells you what you would need to address, and what an independent assessment would involve for a business like yours.

The Gate

The Gate determines whether you hold the Backing Slot or go back to the queue. Conviction is not guaranteed. The assessment is independent. The outcome is honest.

Stage 3 is the backing stage. Anchovi independently assesses your submitted evidence against all applicable criteria and conducts first-hand physical assessment of your facilities, operations, or delivery environment where relevant. A successful outcome results in the Anchovi-Backed™ designation and your Backing Slot in your category. The slot is yours for as long as you maintain Stage 4 annual review and renewal. An unsuccessful outcome is documented with findings and eligible for re-submission during a 60-day remedy period.

Pricing is scoped in Stage 2 into one of three bands:
$8,500, $13,500 or $19,500+ plus GST
